  1. How can I subscribe to Libraryo.com?

Answer:  Simply go to our Member Signup page and register, and enter your credit card information using our secure online form. Monthly fee is $4.95 per month, or select our best deal, which is $49.95 per year. Once you sign up, you will have immediate access to over 200 publications on Libraryo.com!

 

  1. Can I get a free trial membership?

Answer: You can receive up to 15 free article views per month by downloading and activating the Congoo NetPass Toolbar, the Web’s leading free premium content information service. Congoo gives you free access to Libraryo.com as well as dozens of other top online subscription web sites. Congoo NetPass is a quick free download at: http://www.congoo.com/netpass/install

 

  1. I am having trouble accessing my account

Answer: If you forgot your password, please go to: https://www.libraryo.com/ForgotPassword.aspx and enter your ID. You will then be asked to answer your Security question. Your password will be emailed to you.

 

If you cannot remember your ID, than email us with you full name and address and we will email your information to you.

 

  1. I want to cancel my membership

 

Answer: At any time you may cancel your Libraryo.com membership. Simply sign in to your Libraryo.com account (with your email address and password); then click "My Account" from the top menu. Click 'Edit my membership' in the Membership/Access section. Click on the "Cancel" button next to the subscription you wish to cancel, and follow any prompts. (It will require you to check a box agreeing to the cancellation.)

 

A few things to note when cancelling:

 

When the cancellation request goes through successfully, you will see a cancellation confirmation page. If you do not see this page, the request may not have gone through-- please try the above steps again.

 

If you had a yearly subscription, you will receive a prorated refund based on how many months have elapsed. This credit should occur within a few days of the cancellation, but please allow up to one full billing cycle for this credit to appear. You will also still have full access to Libraryo.com until the end of the billing month. (Check the My Account page or the welcome email to see which day of the month.)

 

If you had a monthly subscription, you will still have access to Libraryo.com until the end of the current billing month. At that point, your subscription will expire and will not renew, and you will not be further billed. (Check the My Account page or the welcome email to see which date this is.)

 

  1. I cannot find an article that I am looking for

Answer: Try searching our search box using the title of the article surrounded by quotation marks. You can also browse our libraries by going to our home page and clicking on the title of the specific publication.
